Read on, read on... sorry about the bad layout, from time to time the blog goes funny. Try downloading FireFox to fix any problems with viewing the site. I keep the blog to maintain memories I'm likely to forget and share them with the world. Typing stuff is also easier than writing with a pen and saves paper:) You can select which blog subject I've written under on the left, although most things will be Thoughts and Feelings or Rant (its too easy to rant about stuff)

Bang me with your rhythm stick!

I'm going back to the oldschool.
To the Urban Dance School to be more precise!
It'd been so many Sundays since I turned up due to Sunday work, then I go last week and rawk that joint! Sundays finally have some action in them now!

Shweeet to see my lil old six-pack returning to my stomach too, things got lazy over summer! If I keep it up there'll soon be a washboard. Its just a shame I never got to go on holiday this summer...

Yes so we all got in a line and recreated a bit of Missy Elliot's video. One of those had to be there moments but damn it looked tight!
